Description

Available as a single pattern or as part of the Celtic Myth e-book Collection. Ceridwen (pronounced ker-ID-wen) is the crone aspect of the Celtic triple goddess and she is associated with change and rebirth. To reflect the shape of her magical cauldren and the intricacy of Celtic knotwork, I designed a semi circular shawl in two cabled patterns using 4ply (fingering). Photos show Madelinetosh Tosh Merino Light, Dr Zhivago's Sky.

Cabled panels frame the main cabled sections & it is finished with an i-cord edging. It is worked top down & would be suitable for an experienced knitter used to cabled knitting. The size is adjustable by working a different number of repeats. The pattern has been professionally edited as well as tested.
