Product Details
This pattern has been redesigned for worsted weight or light Aran weight yarn. Inspired by a Holiday at Lake Coma, the stitch patterns represent the rock cliffs, the rippling shallow water and the deep lake itself. It features panels of Aran type stitches and is made in one piece;starting at the bottom back, worked up to the neck and then split and each front panel worked down from the shoulder. The garter rib collar is added on by picking up stitches around the front and neck line.
It is an easy garment to customise, so if you are tall you can make it longer (you will need more yarn), it can have very deep arm holes or shallow closer fitting ones. Friends have tried it, ranging from size 10 to 18 and it looks good on all ladies! Ideal to wear with jeans or a skirt for something warm, and a bit different.
