Crinaeae are nymphs associated with fountains in Greek Mythology. This lovely top down, simultaneous set-in sleeve cardigan is named for them. The undulating cable and lace pattern mimics dancing, flowing water. A short row shawl collar helps keep the back of your neck warm and crochet chains attach and help show off beautiful toggles.
This cardigan is worked from the top down in one piece. The ribbed button band is picked up and worked after the body is complete and it has a shawl collar that uses short rows and mitered corners for shaping. Both written and charted instructions for the cable and lace pattern are included.
For ease of use, you will receive two pdfs when you purchase this pattern, one with sizes 29 - 40.75 and one with sizes 44.25 - 57.
I recommend a range of 2 inches negative to 2 inches positive ease, depending on your fit preferences, the cable and lace pattern is very stretchy. Shown in a size 32 on a 34 inch full bust and a 32 inch high bust.
