I don't buy expensive yarn as I can't afford them the less expensive yarns I have purchased are very good quality. 4 ply cone acrylic for machine knit baby blankets. Lots of cotton to hand and bulky machine knit for kitchen cloths. The patterns I have purchased and knitted have interpreted well.
