**yarn:** 3 skeins + a dribble of paton's classic wool in russet

**needles** us 10

**gauge**
13 sts x 12 rows = 4 inches in lace pattern (steam blocked)
11 sts x 12 rows = 4 inches in lace pattern (wet blocked)

**final measurements**
72 x 32 inches (lightly blocked)
82 x 32 inches (wet blocked)
***a little note:** i steam blocked mine, which gave it a little stretch and shape. wet blocking will really enlarge the shawl even more. please keep that in mind when knitting. actually think that i am going to go back and wet block mine. (i want BIG.) i will try to post the dimensions on that after i do it. thanks.*

ERRATA: There is one extra yarn over in Chart A, the first line of the first boxed repeat. So be sure to remove it or mark it out.
