These gansey socks were inspired by the wonderful fisherman sweaters created in England and Scotland in the 19th century. This sock is designed for a Women's medium size. Traditional Gansey motifs such as the starfish, diagonal lines, and vertical motifs meet at the baby cable on the back seam. The heel flap is constructed with the slip stitch pattern for longer wear.
