La Sarita is a crescent shaped shawlette that can also be shaped more circular to help it stay on your shoulders.
It is knit from the bottom up with an easy to learn lace pattern. One Estonian stitch is used for texture with the rest of the stitches being very easily learned.
The eyelet section is uniquely done and very easy to knit.
This shawl can be worn to dress up or can be a casual addition to blue jeans.

I have found a bead placement that I like better than the one on the pattern. I think the bead lays a bit more prominently and does not slide under the stitches as much. The bead continues to be on the DDC but it is placed before the stitch is knitted.
On the resting rows of the Edging Chart, (Rows 2,4, and 6 except for the last repeat of Row 6) place the beads as follows:
