This little hat is knitted using King Cole Cottonsoft DK yarn. It is a simple lace pattern with no complicated shaping so is perfect for beginners looking to knit a simple hat with a more interesting pattern. Instructions on knitting the flower are also included. Althought he pattern recommends cotton yarn any DK yarn could be used. A pair of 4mm needles is also required.
