Product Details
Lalibela is one of the most fascinating places I’ve ever visited. Tucked away in the highlands of Ethiopia, the town features multiple monolithic churches carved by hand out of single pieces of rock in mostly the late 12thand early 13thcenturies. The churches still function today and attract many pilgrims. Various architectural styles are featured, including small arched windows.
For this hat, which is knit in the round from the bottom up, I played with arching cables. A wide variety of sizes means you’ll be able to knit one for the entire family, as Lalibela will look attractive on boys and girls, men and women.
