Lynne Marie Cabled Cowl
This is the "Lynne Marie Cabled Cowl" crochet pattern for a cozy, warm and elegant infinity scarf. I designed this pattern to create a scarf for my mom. Our family is Irish and Swedish on my mom’s side, and both cultures have long histories with intricate cables on warm woolen garments. My mom loved the scarf, and I think you will too!
This scarf features three cables - one large cable in the center with two smaller cables flanking it. It is crocheted flat, then stitched together to form a circle. It is long enough to wrap 2 times as a cozy infinity scarf or can be worn as a long cowl.
You do NOT need to be familiar with cabling to make this scarf. The photo tutorial (with 46 photos!) will walk you through the special stitches and the construction of the scarf.
