Mitered Squares Baby Afghan or Lap Robe
This is a modern-look, easy, baby or lap blanket with 20 separately knitted, mitered squares that are sewn together. A border is added after assembly. This afghan is knit entirely in garter stitch.
The finished size is 40" x 50". A square blanket can be made from this pattern by omitting one of the short rows, for a 40" x 40" finished size.
