This cowl has two sections: rib section and wave section. It could be worn different ways to your taste: The rib section on top and waves on bottom or vise versa.
The tubular knitting makes this headband extra warm and reversible. There is a way of knitting in the round, I found much quicker and easier than using four double pointed or circular needles.With no seams at the side on a straight item or with no seams at all to be made.
