Product details

These are some cozy cable mitts knit from the knuckle down so you can make the cuff as long as you want. Work them on 2 circulars, one long circular, or 5 dpn, whatever you prefer. About 125 yards of worsted weight yarn and size 7 or 8 needles (according to yarn and your tension) will be enough for a pair.

They’re off kilter because each mitt sports two cable sequences, with one of the cables housing the thumb hole and the other appearing off center on the back of the hand. There’s no left mitt or right mitt, so you can’t get it wrong.

Added benefit: We're having a KAL with this pattern through June 5. Make a pair and post the picture here and you'll be entered in the Grand Prize--a knitting bag full of goodies (yarn, knitting books, notions, etc.) See my Web site for more information. www.jenhagan.com/mirth. Thanks for reading!
