    About

This pattern is Buddy Bud Bunny from www.laurelarts.etsy.com. The yarn used is James C Brett Flutterby Chunky in lemon (I could not enter this information under pattern and yarn so have included this information here).
I used a smaller needle than called for in the pattern -- 4.5mm -- as I wanted a denser fabric so the stuffing wouldn't leak out. I used a French knot for the eyes and embroidered the nose. I didn't add any other decorations since this toy is intended for an infant. He does have a little pom pom tail (not seen in the picture) which can be removed if the parents have any concerns about it.
The Flutterby yarn is like chenille, so this bunny is quite soft. Hopefully the new baby and bunny will share lots of cuddles.

Thank you! The yarn is very soft, like velour.
