    My adult daughter requested a mermaid blanket for Christmas but she also wanted it in rainbow colours.. I am well on the way to 'over the rainbow' with it. Using dk doubled allows me to combine colours as the bands of colour change and keeps the project interesting. I hope to complete it by the end of October.

    I added a strand of blue/ silver metallic yarn to the tail section, I think it gives more of an impression of scales.
