I made this for me

    About

This was a test knit for Linda Marveng in her Ravelry group. I modified the pattern by knitting it in the round. The pattern was easy to follow, the cables are not complicated at all.

The resulting pullover has a flattering shape - the yarn I used is lovely and with good drape. I used 4mm needles to get gauge, rather than the recommended 3.25-3.75, hope it won't pill.

This looks fabulous! I’ve had it in my “collections” for a while then forgot about it but am now prompted to have a go. I like to experiment with patterns a bit, I love what you’ve done with this, it looks so much more professional when knitted in the round. I’m having trouble sourcing Sugarbush Bliss!

thank you, that is very kind - I am sure you can replace it with another sports weight yarn, provided it is not a limp one so that the cables pop. Having said that, I've just had a quick look through your project, and you cabled pullovers look fabulous, so hopefully you have something in your stash already!

Hello Tamar, the system will not allow me long comments - but I have found your email! I will send you a longer reply there, anyhow I have now updated the information (I thought I had it there), it is Sugarbush Bliss.

Superb! I love the colour you chose it makes this design 'sing' I think. And your knitting is perfect. I'm also in that group as Pearljelly.
