I wanted to try something lacey, Willow & Lark Plume was on special offer (thank you Love Crochet!) & this pattern said it was a good first piece so I went for it. It took me numerous attempts to get going but once I’d worked out 1. How to count (lol!) & 2. What stitch markers are for, I really enjoyed it & I m stunned to say it came out looking pretty much like the picture on the pattern!
