    About

This is a fun pattern and this is the second time I've used it. The pattern calls for sport weight yarn. I used aran weight and the stitch count for the 0-3 month size, and it became a toddler sweater. The yarn is soft and smooth and squishy - no halo, no fuzzies, 9 -ply and tightly spun. It knit up quickly. The yarn is dense, and the sweater has some heft to it. And the yarn works great for spit splice, the join is practically invisible. Separate all the plies, cut to graduated lengths to reduce bulk. For this reason, I am going to keep this yarn in mind for a baby blanket.

Thank you, Karli. If you decide to make this, just be sure to use yarn with some elasticity to it. This helps when attaching the sleeves.
