    I chose to knit my Classic Pixie Beanie in this Patons Washed Cotton DK for a faded casual denim look. This DK cotton is slightly finer than some other DK yarns. It is worked on 4mm needles, and makes a slightly lighter weight DK beanie than some other DK cottons. If you are looking for a soft cotton hat in a washed denim look for your little one this is definitely an option.
