    About

This was my second knitting project after a long time away from knitting. The gender of the baby was unknown and so I went for a neutral colour range. I fell in love with the pattern and luckily found the wool too. After the gender was made known I added some feminine touches. I first made the smallest size but decided that was better for a perrmie so got some more wool and knittied the next size up suitablw for a newborn. Will donate the smaller cardigan and hat to the neo-natal unit in Chester.

    Needles & Hooks

    • Single Point 4.00mm (US 6) 30cm
    • Single Point 3.25mm (US 3) 25cm

    Accessories

    • Buttons
Other : I have been banned from anything 'girly' for this baby so decided on simple lilac chiffon bows to add a touch of softness. I also added the bows to a pair of shop bought white socks to complete the outfit.

    Measurements

    14"

Notes: I am an average tension knitter and this came up perfectly. The wool was easy to knit and feels soft.
