    About

    I was aiming for practicality with this set. (My last project was impractical.) The yarn - Louet Gems Sport - is machine washable and machine dryable and does not pill at all. I love the color. It is called Heron Gray, and it does look like the color of a great blue heron. My camera makes everything look too blue - the actual color is more somber. I think it would look nice with almost any color clothing underneath except possibly green. The hat is my own pattern called Basic Baby Bonnet. It worked up nicely using sport weight yarn.

    Measurements

    6 Months

    Notes: I used cardigan directions for the 6 month size, but with lighter weight yarn and smaller needles. This would fit a 3 to 6 month old. Length is 11 inches, chest is 22 inches and sleeve is 6 inches.
