    About

When Penny first started to go to Miss Jo's dancing class I knitted her a ballet cardigan which she has, sadly, grown out of. When asked what colour she wanted there was no hesitation; "Pink, Granny Hazel".

Making up is hard to do (David Cassidy song in my head) so I started on the leg warmers promising myself I'd finish the cardigan tomorrow!

Disaster; I was knitting the two sleeves on one needle, got up to answer the door, got tangled in the yarn and stepped on and broke my wooden needle! What a klutz. Immediately ordered a new pair from LK but then realised I had a set of 3.25 mm circulars which I can shift my sleeves to, after I pick up all the stitches I also ripped out. It's Friday but not the 13th so I must just be plain unlucky .
