    Use Fast Knit Super Chunky Throw pattern as inspiration.

    Finger Loop CO 30sts
    work 3 rows Moss St.
    From 4th row, work 4sts Moss St, 4sts Garter St, 4sts 1x1 rib (cable these), 6sts Garter St, 4sts 1x1 rib (cable these), 4sts Garter St, 4sts Moss St.
    End with 3 rows Moss St.
    BO: (k2tog tbl, return sts to L needle) rpt

    This yarn is like trying to knit with Velcro!!!!!
    Definitely NOT a fast knit… aaaaaaarrrrrrrgh!!!
    It hasn't actually taken a year to knit! There have been a lot of very long gaps between knitting this, as I had to psych myself up to pick it up each time. Could only knit about 5 rows before it makes your hands hurt.

    Needles & Hooks

    • Circular 25.00mm (US 50) 150cm
    Other : As I didn't have a 25mm cable needle, I improvised with a 25mm crochet hook :)

    Accessories

    Other : I found that the only way to join each new ball was to use a needle & thread, overlap the yarn ends by about 4cm and sew through the yarn to secure it and 'lose' the join.
