Hi Nicole, What stitch is that in the antique lace color? Trying to decide if I am a good enough knitter to do this. Also, what stitches are done in the Havisham?
Don't want to purchase pattern if I'm not experienced enough to do this.
Thanks,
Barbara
Hi Barbara, the Havisham stitches are garter stitch and broken seed stitch. Both very easy.
The pattern in the antique lace is teardrop - this is not difficult but time consuming compared to the rest of the shawl. The result is very beautiful and I am wearing the shawl everyday. It’s one of my favorites. Good luck.
