      I have now removed the high neck. Have unpicked the neck beyond where the pattern says reverse the rib. Would have been better if I had cast off in rib but OK. I find it more comfortable now.

      is it possible to make this without the turtle neck part?

      I have had a terrible time trying to work out the instructions for this jumper - using 4mm needles and 8ply the stitches are not correct for the tension guide and there is nowhere near enough balls to complete my size? Has anyone else had this problem?
