    About

I’ve just had a week off and I thought I’d have a go at my new favourite pattern in a different yarn so used Katia Polar which is furry fluffy yarn. Not going to lie, it’s really hard to knit with and I had to restart it quite a few times because I’d drop a stitch and not find it through the fluff, and increasing isn’t as easy at all because there’s no give. However persistence and patience prevailed and I finished Bluey and I’m really pleased with him.
Anyway after a week on holiday and three bears knitted, I’m really not wanting to go back.

This yarn is a new one on me too but its made a beautiful bear Helen and I agree they do have a very tempting range of colours. It makes a lovely size using the little bitty bear pattern.

@Helen B: That's what I thought Helen, similar to the Sirdar Alpine but more colour choices, it's expensive though!

@Helen B: lol now that's the sort of thing I'd do!! Hey have you noticed that the Eider by Wendy seems to be running out and not being restocked? I hope it's not going out of production!!

@Gypsycream aka Pat A: I haven’t but I hate it when you get that feeling, especially when it’s a favourite!
