    About

I wanted to make myself a summer garment and had 2 balls of Debbie Bliss Rialto Lace in my stash.
    21st June 2016
It took 3 of attempts at a gauge swatch but I’m finally ready to cast on Bonny!

    1st July 2016
Just over halfway through the St st before the lace panel. A very therapeutic knit but if you’re like me and like a bit of challenge or an interesting stitch I recommend having a second project on the go as well to hop over to when you have a st st overload!

    3rd July 2016

I just started into the lace panel this morning. The break in st st is very welcome and it’s making it hard to put down this WIP!

    6th July 2016
I’ve seperated out the front and back now and I’m working on the front now. I’m just at the point where the decs for the St st has stopped so the St count will be increasing every 2nd row now.

    Pattern

    Yarns

    Needles & Hooks

    • Circular 4.00mm (US 6) 60cm

    Accessories

    • Stitch Holder
    • Stitch Markers
    • Tapestry Needle

    Measurements

    Bust: 30 in

Notes: I am a 32 in bust and a size 8 dress size. The pattern recommends knitting a size that's a couple of inches smaller than your actual size as the finished garment is very strecthy. Although I don't want the shell to be too tight, I still want it to be snug so I decide don the 30"!
