    About

I had bought this pattern from an eBay seller and I had already bought some wool (4 balls 100g each) from a charity shop, which was a rather chunkier wool than stated on the pattern, I had enough to make the back, two fronts, collar and two pockets, then I thought I could just leave it as a gillet, but as it was a winter jacket I made it look like there was a jumper underneath by knitting two sleeves of a different colour, using Aran wool and a DK wool together and it fit Theo a treat and also keeps him lovely and warm. As it was a lovely chunky wool it did not take long to knit, I was not knitting every day.
