    About

    This little bonnet matches a cardigan that I finished a few weeks ago. It is my own pattern and should fit a baby 12 to 18 months. First I tried a beanie style, but ripped it out. Then I tried a bonnet with a folded over brim, but ripped that out too. The yarn held up fine probably due to the 25% nylon content. The yarn is Cascade Heritage 150.

    • Circular 2.75mm (US 2)

    • Tapestry Needle
    Other : Size 2 needles were used for all the knitting, but I switched to size 5 needle on the right hand for the bind off so that the ties would be straight.
