Celia Cowl Neck Sweater

I made this for myself (as part of my ongoing effort to replace my sweatshirts with hand-knitted pullovers).

    About

This year, I'm learning simple lace stitches. This sweater has a lace cowl and cuffs. I made it in the author's recommended yarn (a merino / silk / cashmere blend), and it turned out every bit as luscious as I hoped it would. This pattern is extremely well-written, and covers every detail.

    Pattern

    Yarns

    Needles & Hooks

    • Circular 3.75mm (US 5) 30cm

    Accessories

    • Tapestry Needle
    • Stitch Holder
    • Stitch Markers

    Measurements

Notes: The sleeves on this sweater were much looser on my arms than I expected them to be. If I make this pattern again, I will make them snugger.

Thank you Alison! The yarn was an absolute dream to work with. I was delighted with the drape of the fabric it produced. I enjoyed many hours of peaceful knitting doing this project.
