    About

For narrow width, approximately one 3.5 oz skein of worsted weight yarn and a G or H crochet hook. A medium or wide width scarf may need a second skein to make a longer scarf. Gauge is not critical, just choose a gauge that makes a nice drapey fabric.
I made the medium width on a 5.5 hook. Moda Vera Bouvardia is apparently the same yarn as Universal Yarns Classic Shades - lovely and soft with a good drape for scarves and shawls. I did a row of single crochet along the edges in a medium blue Bella Baby Alpaca blend worsted weight wool.
