    About

    This pattern was first done over 40 years ago by my grandmother and my own children have both worn the one made by my grand mother
    My aunt has the original and all my cousins and their children have worn it and when my grandmother passed, over 15 years ago l thought l would find the pattern in her stash but it wasn't there major disappointment so that's when the hunt began l knew what it looked like no idea of ply needle size etc needle in haystack came to mind so for years of searching charity shops online stores ravelry pin Etsy eBay and greneral web browsing I have given up hope of every finding it as l didn't know name or manufacturer then one day a pic popped up on my Facebook of someone selling a copy but I recognised the logo on pic so l now knew which publisher bonus l thought l wanted the whole book did a bit of research on ravelry and found out the name
