Christmas cushion

I made this for myself and my home but not my husband, who hates cushions!

    About

    I had yarn and a cushion pad (came in pack of two) left over from the KAL I was following. I decided to design my own cushion cover. I learned some new Fair Isle skills into the bargain but I prefer ‘English’ style knitting to ‘Continental’ style. I used some elements of the Kal pattern and some of my own.

    • Circular 4.00mm (US 6) 60cm

    • Tapestry Needle
    • Buttons
    Other : 16x16 “ cushion. I had to draft the pattern on graph paper. The cushion was knitted in the round and then the button band was knitted flat.

    Measurements

    Notes: Fits a 16”x16” cushion (but it’s not truly square)
