    I wanted to make something for Mother's Day, and she's already had a hat, scarf, gloves and cardigan! I got this pattern for myself but when I was looking for something to make for her, this came to mind. She likes walking in town, so hopefully this'll keep her warm when spring finally gets here. I made it in the suggested yarn, but needed one extra ball. The yarn is too chunky for a needle, so I crocheted the seams together.
