Does anyone know how much wool this takes to knit and what size the cushion ends up being?

I bought 'Schoppel Wolle Cashmere' yarn to make up the cushion, but haven't made it up yet. The pattern recommends:
600 yards worsted weight wool or wool blend in light brown for the cushion and Oak leaves, with a small amount of paler brown for acorn nuts.
The yarn used in the picture is "Ecolana" in 'ochre' for the cushion and 'desert sand' for the acorn nut.
        The finished dimensions are 16" x 16" (40cms x 40cms).
I hope this helps to answer your question.

That's what I thought too! I ordered the wool soon after seeing these cushion patterns - It arrived yesterday so really looking forward to starting them - just have to finish baby jumper first.
