    I love Dawn Finney's patterns, but she's clearly better than me in (among other things) sewing, or grafting. I started knitted it flat, as per the instructions, but decided to continue in the round after knitting the lip. I knitted the second one (on the left) in the round, which is easier for me than sewing parts. The point is, this can be knitted in the round without changing the pattern.
