      Hi - sorry to take so long to reply - the basic pattern is 'Super Simple Scandinavian Style Shawl' by Sarah Howard, which I found free on Ravelry. I used half-linen slip stitch, with some purled garter stitch rows and a picot bind off. I hope this helps - Glenda
