    About

    The design was originally commissioned by a magazine and they chose the yarn for the sample - a multicoloured, hand-dyed wool. I felt the design would benefit from being knitted in a softer, drapey one-colour yarn, so I re-knitted it in Rowan Fine Lace USING TWO ENDS TOGETHER. I omitted the lace stitch on the sleeves to simplify the knit.

    Measurements

    Notes: I made to fit size 34 ins bust, but using two ends of Rowan Fine Lace instead of the recommended yarn meant that it came out slightly smaller - 32ins bust. Would recommend making one or two sizes larger.
