I made this for my husband using hand-dyed Bare wool yarn.

    About

    This started out as a Hank of Knitpicks Bare 100% wool yarn, which I hand-dyed with beets. The color wasn't as bright as I wanted, but my husband calls it "the color of amaretto" and Disaronno is my favorite brand.
    This hat has a double thickness headband with ear flaps to keep my husband warm during any Vermont winter.

      I think this hat is great, especially the hand-dyeing with natural 'dye'.
