    About

After taking a break from knitting, I was astonished and delighted to discover that cotton yarns had finally joined the 21st century. All these gorgeous multi-colour options, at last! I was intrigued by the gentle pinks and blues - and is that 'cosmic latte' - matched with a profound deep blue in this yarn. The balls of yarn looked utterly delicious in their own right. I am often disappointed in how a multi-colour yarn knits up, but not in this case. The patterns made by the colours were delightfully random, and that effect was enhanced by the use of moss stitch for this cardigan. The yarn itself is soft yet strong, and a joy to work with. Well done, Wool and the Gang!

    Yarns

    Needles & Hooks

    • Single Point 5.00mm (US 8) 35cm

    Accessories

    • Stitch Markers

    Measurements

    46-48

Notes: I made the next size up (though it turns out I didn't really need to), which was easy enough to figure out by adding the next number in the sequence. I probably should have made it a bit longer, but it's now a short 'jacket', which will work nicely over any kind of outfit.

Thank you, Alison! Yes, the colours are very pretty, without being twee, if you see what I mean ... Love to know how they do that! :-)
