    About

    My first attempt to knit a blanket. Wanted it to be very soft, cosy and warm. I was very pleased with the finished blanket as it is beautifully soft and the pattern is quite subtle in this wool.

    • Single Point 5.50mm (US 9) 30cm

    • Tapestry Needle

    Measurements

    Notes: Used the free Tjockt pattern for the chevron design and scaled it up to suit the approximate size of blanket I wanted (33" square). Used just a little more than 2 balls of wool, but reducing the number of repeat patterns I think you could easily get a blanket 30" square from 2 balls of wool.
