    About

The church in town which is very community based need to raise £2000 for new windows. It’s not just a church, they have a cafe for people to meet and also for the homeless to pop in for free coffee & toast, it’s all run by volunteers. They have a room which is used by people with additional needs, groups for lonely pensioners and much more. They are desperate for new windows and are hoping to raise it through different events through the year. I’ve knitted them the Octopus and they’re going to run a guess the name of the octopus at £1 a time.

Thank you Julie I knew I had seen the pattern before but couldn't remember where. I think I have every booklet from Jean Greenhowe as I love them so will hunt it out.
