    I used the Ashlyn baby bonnet pattern and added extra scallops, my own simple shell blanket and the Bernat booties pattern adding matching scallops, to create a newborn set.

        Thank you! Two of the patterns, the Ashlyn bonnet and the booties are available here. The program would only allow me to link one of them here. I do have the bonnet linked in my bonnet projects. The blanket is a chain 3, dc 2 in same space, and skip 2, sc, repeat. My grandmother crocheted shell stitch blankets for her great grandchildren and my oldest daughter was very attached to hers. I thought it was time I passed some of that on, even if I don't have any grandkids. :)
