      Hi Lis, Sorry for delay in replying. I got the pattern from an old copy of Knitting magazine that I subscribe to. Pattern is by Patons. You do not have to use circular needles and I used odd balls of yarn from my stash. Just tested the tension first to get the right sized needles. Jenny
