    Accessories

    Other : A yarn needle is needed only if you are thinking of attaching a pom pom.
    A pom pom maker is optional, you can always make one using your hand.

    Measurements

    Notes: I increased the measurement she used for a 12 month old because it was too small and I also made the hat longer so it could fold up at the bottom.
