    About

My granddaughters were due back home to Oz this year but their stay has been extended until at least next year, so I figured they would need more thick cardis to see them through 2 more very cold snowy winters.

    Yarns

    Needles & Hooks

    • Circular 5.50mm (US 9) 100cm
    • Single Point 6.50mm (US 10.5) 35cm

    Accessories

    • Tapestry Needle
    • Buttons
Other : I had purchased the buttons whilst in Vienna, not realising I would be sending them back to where they came from, attached to the cardis for the girls.

    Measurements

    4-5 Years

Notes: I made the smaller cardi in the 2 -3 yr old size

My daughter said all the knitted garments have certainly come in handy, last week they had snow when visiting one of the lakes, so still a need for warm clothes.

Thanks Christine, it was beautiful yarn to knit with and so soft. Plus being a 12ply it knitted up in no time.
