I made this cushion out of left over wool from my tranquillity blanket. I am so pleased with the result. I decided to sew in the cushion pad it just looks neater.
I used a lovely Aran yarn. From hobby craft the brand is (WI so soft Aran. It come in 400g balls.) It gives great definition.
Usely I buy paintbox yarn but I had this yarn left over. I think it worked very well.
Hi Dell F....The patterns I used are from a book I bought from Amazon. Written by Jan Eaton. It's a very good book. With 200 different granny square patterns.
