I knit this bottom up.
CO 148
Row 1: (K2 P2) repeat to last 2 sts K2
Row 2: (P2 K2) repeat to last 2 sts P2
Repeat rows 1 and 2 for 2 inches (2x2 ribbing)
Increase 3sts the next row to begin grapevine lace pattern: (151 sts)

Knit lace pattern until 13 inches from CO row.
Sleeves (2 at once) kni flat
CO 50 sts
K2 (P2K2) repeat to end
P2 (K2P2) repeat to end
Repeat 2x2 ribbing for 2 inches
Start st st
Inc 2 sts at 3rd inches
And Inc 2 sts every inch until 9th inch
Total of 64 sts on each sleeve
St st until 11 inches
Join sleeves to body
Continue lace pattern for 36 sts on left front panel, place marker.
Join sleeve, place marker.
Continue lace pattern for back panel for 79 sts, place marker.
Join the other sleeve, place marker.
Continue lace pattern for 36 sts on right front panel.
Decrease 1st before and after marker alt rows.
Pick up 105 sts for button band.
