    About

    I decided to knit a scarf for my knitting group' s secret santa - but feel a bit nervous of giving it - so I might keep it myself. After all it does match my coat.....
    It is adapted from the lovely Madrona lace scarf pattern . I found I couldn't knit the complicated pattern whilst watching tv (important criterion in pattern selection) so decided to leave out the berries and just knit the leaves.
    100 g knits scarf 17 leaves long - which is just long enough - but ideally it should be 20 leaves. So I broke out a 2nd skein
