    About

I need a grey coloured jacket for when I'm out and about in the car. This fits the bill although i am not a fan of reverse stocking stitch. Always looks inside out to me. Have decided to knit it in standard stocking stitch and see how it looks. This has knitted up very quickly and I'm pleased I used standard stocking stitch. It is soft and warm and I've been asked to knit another one for my sister in law in the same style but using a slightly darker colour. Look out for that project soon. When making up this jacket and used 3 needle cast off technique for the collar to give a neat edge and pleased with the results.

Other : Chose 2 toggle buttons to finish this garment.

    Measurements

Notes: I ordered 12 balls of this wool and only needed 10. Not sure if this is because I used standard stocking stitch but I stuck to the measurements as set and used needles as pattern suggests.
